nice location, but not easy to find it. the staffs are very friendly
small room, poor ventilation, and no lift in the hotel
Really in good location; staff is friendly and healpuful
Ihave got mosquit bites in two consecutive nights
The staff was very knowledgable and made very nice recommendations regarding restaurants, shops, etc. The rooms were very quiet & seemed to be more sound proof than any other hotel we stayed at in Italy
Rooms and showers are small, but so is every hotel in Europe. For the price (lower due to off season) we were very pleased with our stay.
The room was very clean, nicely furnished, recently renewed. To location was very good, close to Rialto and San Marco. Great breakfast, with a nice view to a canal. Very nice hotel, we definitely recommend it.
No complaints at all.
The Venetian decor in the bedroom and watching the boats go by on the canal in the breakfast room. You really knew you were staying in Venice at this hotel which was great.
Difficult to find a problem with the hotel. If I had to pick something, it would be the ceiling in the bathroom - it was very low. I'm 6 foot 3 inches and I couldn't stand up in the bathroom without my head hitting the ceiling.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Some reviewers compalined that the rooms were too small -welcome to Europe. The room was large enough to accomodate 2 people and our luggage comfortably.
No wifi was included.
Friendly staff, central location yet very quiet, and a very good qulaity room
It didn't bother us but some people might have problems because there is no lift
Nice, quiet and clean room, well furnished. Good breakfast with the view on gondolas on the canal. Excellent location, the roof terrace, staff helpful and friendly.
A bit too tiny bathroom.
Location very handy for attractions and easy to find following instructions from hotel, staff friendly, good venetian decor, clean, great sun terrace to relax on, breakfast very filling and fresh, en suite bathroom had shower, bidet, sink and toilet
Sun terrace could do with some attention but not many residents seem to use it
Nothing, beside being in the city, what didn't bring me much
Difficult access, very small room, mosquitoes, brothel-like decoration, no view. I already slept in worse hotels, but never at this price ! Ok, fair enough, put yourself in mind that Venice is a rip-off, and this hotel is just one among many others. Next time I'll find myself a more ex-centered place to stay. I still love Venice !!!
Excellent Location, bang in the middle between The Rialto and Pza San Marco. Lovely room and bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Reception Staff were most helpful and breakfast lady was efficient. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Hotel is obviously slightly small, and there was no space for lounging however the location, room and service greatly make up for this.
Hotel Staff were very friendly and accomodating! Good location.
No internet, Terrible TV selections, No elevator so very difficult to bring luggage up to 3rd floor. Room and bathroom was extremely small couldn't ever walk around the bed. No where to put luggage.Especially for two person. Barely room for one person. Felt like I got riped off...
Our room was clean, but the bathroom smelled like mold and you could see the mold above the sink. But the bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient.
The hotel was realy clean and the location was perfect. Situated in the most crowded area but there was no noise at night and you can get a good sleep. The shops near the hotel are the last ones that are closing. The breakfast was also acceptable for a 3 star hotel.
There room was tiny but if you are not carying a big suitcase you will not have any problem. I recomend everyboy to leasve their logages at the airport and just take a back pack.
The location was excellent, minutes walk to St Mark's Square. Amazing croisants for breakfast and very nice strong coffees.
The room was tiny.
